All the graphics and sets used on my new site were created by me using
graphics from one of the many graphic programs I have bought, from Public
Domain areas, Master Artists and Artists on the net.
I do have many copyrighted graphics and some are on my Goddess Room (Artwork
of Jonothan Bowser). As well, Lady Care Designs has copyrighted
graphics from some great artists on the web. They are all used
with permission from the artist.
If you find one that isn't - please let me know.
Any graphic that does not have a link (ie. email signs, and others come
from public domain sites. Public Domain Sites - listed all over the web
- some sources can be found in both my Resources Room and my Favorite Links
Rom.
Alot of my new graphics are from cards that I have purchased and scanned.
Some of the cards are from American Greetings, some from Blue Mountain
and Carleton cards. I also buy a lot of cards from Emily Matthews (most
of my little graphics are from special little plastic cards that I have
purchased and scanned.
Many other graphics are from the cards that I have bought or received and
some others are from the many I have received over the years. Some are
from magazines, books, etc.
I feel I cannot state that they are copyrighted by me since I did not draw
or create them myself. Needless to say though, I would appreciate
being asked if you wish to use any of them.
If you look at it from my point - it was my time, my money and my creativeness
that made these graphics possible to be here so I feel it only right that
I should be asked if you wish to use them.
I do claim my background sets as copyrighted because although I did not
draw the original picture for the set, I did make the set from that picture.
You can find many great pictures on the web that are free at the large
graphic sites and from the many graphic programs I have bought. Some of
my Free Background Sets were made from the great master artists.
If you'd like to know where I got a particular picture for a set, please
contact me and I will either tell you where I got it from (only new sets
do I have a record of) or I can tell you if I scanned it from where. This
way, you too may purchase the book or magazine and take the graphic from
there or I might give you permission to use it.
I do want to offer any apology to any of the artists that I have used your
pictures to make sets with. I was very ignorant and knew nothing about
web etiquette or the copyright laws when I started and did not keep a record
of the orginal artist's name for each picture I used in making my sets.
If you are an artist and I have any of your picture here on my site or any other
site I have made sets for, please notify me and I will do what you wish
- either give you the credit or remove the set with the graphic. I have
no intentions of stealing work or not giving credit. It's been a long time
and several computer crashes for me to learn to put the artists' name in
the graphic. I now do that and know exactly where most of my graphics are
from.

All the poetry here is either original or from cards, books, and some
old ones found on the web with "Author Unknown".
Each poem has the poet (where known) and should be linked to a specific
place here that acknowledges where I acquired them. The credit for each
poem used also holds the writer's name. If you find one that isn't - please
let me know. Some poems have the poet's name under the poem and as well
any copyrighted poetry has a link to the site of the poet.

Other Background Sets
All my background sets are copyrighted by me and Lady Care Designs/Dream Web Designs and the ones that aren't using graphics from artists were made by me using various methods. Some are from graphics from Public Domain sites, some from Master Artists who no longer hold the copyrights and some are from pictures I've scanned from cards and magazines.

Angels
Most of my angels have come from public domain sites.
Some other angels were obtained from other Angel Sites that will be listed
in my Angel Links Section.
Some of the angels were sent to me as gifts when my computer crashed. Some
very special ladies from Ladies of the Heart - not only sent me angels
but also numerous URL's of sites that offered angel graphics. Some angels
sites did request a link but since loosing all my graphics and a record
of where I obtained them is now impossible to find. So many of the angels
will have the original GIF name and if the angel is copyrighted or is from
a site that requested a link, please advise me via email so that I may
remove it or give proper credit. Just click on the copyright sign to advise
me. Thanks

There are some copyrighted graphics here - each of the pictures in the
Goddess Room and some in Lady Care's Designs have the artist's name and
a link to their site. This site has received permission to use them and
if you wish to use them, please comply with their wishes and take the matching
linking graphic and link back to their site.
It is their work and should never be taken without asking. Permission for
the use of their art work and the poetry has been given to this site. You
must request permission also.

Special Mention goes to Ingrid for her lovely poems that she sent to Jonathon
to go with his artwork. Her site has some excellent poetry and is well
worth a visit. There are links provided under every one of her poems. She
writes wonderful and colorful poetry on many subjects.

Most of all of
the poems I have here have either come from books or cards that I have
purchased or received over the years. The authors name is always put with
the poem when known. Some of the poems have no authors because there was
none mentioned or it was written "Author Unknown".
There are lots of copyrighted poems here, so please ensure that if you
wish to use any of the poetry here - that you contact the poet or me (since
I did purchase the books and cards and also did all the work typing them
up. This took many months and I'm still not done yet.
It would be considerate and the right thing to do to contact me and ask
if you may use the poems. I won't say no but I should know where all my
work and effort is. Thanks for understanding.
The books I've bought are many but here are a name of a few good ones.
