I will help to eliminate conflicts as they arise with an open mind and heart.

Within every organization there comes that time when people disagree, however the respect we must show each other as Divas is to sometimes agree to disagree.

When we all work together we will always come to an understanding.

I will abide by all final decisions of the Executive Board.

The Grievance Committee will do everything to settle any disputes or complaints, however if no solution can be decided upon, we will make the final decision and all Divas will abide by that decision.

Also when wanting to start a new project or page you will send the request to the Executives for final approval before proceeding.

I will at all times consider myself worthy of respect and love.

"A Diva demands respect, and Gives the same respect in return.

In so doing any Diva receiving a request from any member of the Executive Board or the chair of her committee will do her best to answer the letter, within 48 hours, even if it is to disagree or to refuse to do as asked.

When writing to us or the Chair of your committee you should expect an answer within 48 hours and if you do not receive one, please advise us asap so the problem can be solved in a timely manner.

A Diva will always show Love and Compassion to her fellow Diva Sisters even if there is a dispute between them.

Sometimes in our Quest to be the best we can be we try to do too much and find we are overextending ourselves. Whatever your goals, try to be sure you don't set them so high you cannot reach them.

If you are ever into overload let your Executives know and they and your Diva Sisters will lend a helping hand.

If you feel another Diva is not living up to your standards, first consider we are all different and her goals may not be as high. As long as she is reaching her own goals and following the Diva Creed and Pledge then she is doing what is expected of her.

I will lend a helping hand when needed.

Many times we may need you to jump in and help when a Diva Chair is short on Committee Members and cannot cover the whole load of the committee's duties on her own shoulders.

I will not alter the Diva Logo in anyway.

The Diva Logo is not just another pretty graphic or link to your pages. You may place your logo on any page within your site. However, keep in mind this is the url which will be listed on the Diva Page.

We will not list your homepage unless that is where your logo is placed. If you have a direct link to your logo, on your home page, saying "Diva Of The 'Net", not memberships, that is fine.

The logo is not an award, it is an honor and is not to be placed on your awards pages. The Diva Logo is not to be downsized and it is to be always linked back to the Diva Homepage. The measurements for the Logo if you need them are 261x261.
